At Genesis Preparatory School, learning is not confined to the four walls of a classroom. Students leave campus for hands-on field experiences, take the stage in performances that build confidence and creativity, and gather as a whole school for the traditions that make Genesis feel like home.
Field Trips
Where the world becomes the classroom
Every grade at Genesis takes students out into the community several times each year. From science museums and historical sites to performing arts venues and outdoor learning programs, our field trips are intentionally chosen to bring classroom content to life and to give students new contexts for what they are learning.
Performances
Confidence built on a stage
From class plays and choir concerts to talent shows and seasonal showcases, Genesis Prep students perform for the school community throughout the year. These moments build the kind of confidence, preparation, and poise that no worksheet can teach, and they give every child a chance to be seen.
School Spirit
The traditions that make us Panthers
Spirit weeks, themed dress days, pep rallies, holiday traditions, and all-school gatherings give Genesis Prep its sense of place. These shared experiences run from Pre-K through 8th grade, building the kind of community memories that students and families carry with them long after the last bell.
